Maison de Madaci

We bring together publishing, advisory, and creative expression.
We start with stories—where ideas take shape, inspire change, and spark conversation.

Meet The Founder

David Otudeko

Maison de Madaci is where storytelling, strategy, and style meet. With nearly 25 years in corporate life, I’ve learned what helps people and organisations thrive, and where they struggle.

This is my personal platform for independent writing, commentary, and select external engagements. It is a space to share my own ideas, not those of any employer.

My debut book, DEI and Me: What Grinds My Gears – From Frustration to Function, reflects that journey. Through Maison de Madaci, I share these insights through books, speaking, and creative projects, always with the aim of sparking ideas and shaping conversations.

Speaking and Media

David brings nearly 25 years of corporate experience to the stage, blending strategy, storytelling, wit and humour.

He delivers keynotes that cut through the noise, chairs events that energise audiences, and joins panels where he sparks sharper, better questions.

Independent speaking and media engagements are considered on a case-by-case basis, with any potential conflicts of interest properly addressed and safeguarded against.

Make an enquiry

All independent engagements are undertaken in a personal capacity and do not represent the views of any employer.
