About Maison de Madaci
Maison de Madaci is a creative and strategic house where publishing, advisory and style come together under one name. It exists to challenge the gap between glossy promises and the lived reality of change, offering work that blends ideas with practical impact.
The house has three pillars:
Stone Quill Press – publishing thoughtful and provocative works, beginning with David Otudeko’s debut book DEI and Me: What Grinds My Gears – From Frustration to Function.
Madaci Advisory – guiding organisations to move past corporate clichés and embed inclusion, strategy and culture in ways that last.
Madaci Threads – exploring culture and style as creative expressions of identity.
At its heart
Maison de Madaci is led by David Otudeko. With more than two decades in financial services, he brings lived experience as much as professional expertise. From financial crises to cultural reckonings, he has seen first-hand how organisations operate and where they fall short. Known for candour, clarity and wit, David has built a career in regulation, risk and strategy while also championing diversity, equity and inclusion. His work is about helping people and organisations thrive in spaces that were not always designed with them in mind. Through Maison de Madaci, he brings this blend of insight and creativity to work that inspires lasting change.
