DEI and Me wins at the Business Book Awards 2026

My debut book, DEI and Me: What Grinds My Gears – From Frustration to Function, published by Stone Quill Press, has won the Diversity, Inclusion & Equality category at the Business Book Awards 2026.

Drawing on lived experience and a career in financial services, the book examines the gap between the promises of diversity, equity and inclusion and how people actually experience them, with practical ideas for moving from frustration to function.

I’m delighted to see the book recognised, and grateful to everyone who has read it, recommended it or shared their reflections with me.

DEI and Me announced as the Diversity, Inclusion & Equality winner at the Business Book Awards 2026.
