Talking DEI and Me on the InsuranceERM podcast

I joined Christopher Cundy on InsuranceERM’s In-Depth podcast to discuss my book, DEI and Me: What Grinds My Gears – From Frustration to Function.

We explored some of the tensions in the DEI debate, including backlash against initiatives, the limits of the “business case” argument, and why moving from rhetoric to meaningful change can be difficult.

The conversation also touched on the human cost of exclusion and why the case for treating people fairly should extend beyond financial performance.

Thank you to Christopher for a thoughtful conversation which I thoroughly enjoyed.
